Hello guys!!! Have you guys known Malaysia
is an absolute food haven. What??? You guys don’t believe me? So, of course I
was so excited to explore the island’s food and beverage offering to make you

somewhere like Penang. But you know what, I was surprised the various of food
and drink options that was really good and worth sharing. So if you’re not
hungry yet, get ready because it is a delicious range of places that you must
try when visiting the wonderful island of Langkawi.
So, lets we check it out what the best food in Langkawi!!!
Yellow Beach Café
The Yellow Beach Café in Langkawi is absolutely beach front, and
offers a great chilled out atmosphere to enjoy the views of Cenang Beach, while
eating a great meal. If you want to sink your feet into the sand while sipping
on a cold beer, you can most definitely do that at the Yellow Beach Café. The
café offers a range of seating styles from your normal restaurant seating to
bean bags on the beach, to chair swings. The food is Western style, so expect
pizzas, pastas, and grilled meats.
The Nest Rooftop
Great music, with great views over Penang Beach in Langkawi. This
is a hidden gem located on the rooftop of the Royal Agate Beach Resort. Nest
doesn’t serve any alcohol, however you are allowed to bring your own beer and
wine (best of all, it is duty free in Langkawi). And if you don’t mind going
for a mocktail because they will make some lovely jugs of mocktails. The price is affordable for everyone who are want to taste a delicious food at this place.
MY French Factory
There is a reason this is listed very highly on review sites such
as TripAdvisor, because truly they serve some of the best crepes I have ever
tasted. And best of all the portions are generous, and the price point is
affordable. The café is small so there is a chance you may have to wait to get
a seat, but trust me when I say that it is worth the wait. You guys will loved
it so much!!!! It is located at ground floor of the Langgura BARON Resort. At
the same time, we can enjoy the view at Pantai Cenang because it is not far
from Baron Resort. This place are famous with pancake and waffle. So, you guys should try how delicious waffle covered with chocolate and ice cream!!!
Nasi Dagang
Pak Malau
Nasi Dagang is a specialty of the Kedah region, and the best spot
on Langkawi to try this special Malaysian delicacy is at Pak Malau’s. For this
local breakfast, the rice is specially steamed with coconut milk to give it a
lovely fragrance. Then it is served with your choice of chicken, beef or fish.
What makes breakfast at Pak Malau’s all the more special is the
lovely rice paddy views. Plus, it is a real ‘kampung’ style experience, which
is a great way to experience
local life in
Langkawi. A plate of Nasi Dagang costs between RM 8 – 15 depending on your choice of meat.
THE SEASHELL LAMAN PADI
It is located
right at the entrance of the Chenang Beach, Seashells Chenang is the latest
jewel of Muzium Laman Padi Langkawi, beside Galeri Warisan, Galeri Padi, Laman
Variasi among others. Maintaining the Malay Kampung ambiance, this restaurant
inherits the Sawah Padi of Kedah influence. Dine here with Malay Kampung
experience, a fusion Malay & Western Cuisine is served within a traditional
Kampung Decorations, music and surroundings. You guys can enjoy the food and
view of Padi. Nasi Arab also are the famous one in Laman Padi. The price is
affordable for anyone who want to try it. So, come and enjoy the food and the
view!!
So that’s all for our food craft at Langkawi. Even though there
have many restaurants that we can go to explore all the famous food but you
should explore by yourself and at the same time you can enjoy the food and the
view at Langkawi. Thank you for reading my blog!! Bye!!!
